Description

‘Cockleshell’ is a knitted cowl or neckgaiter, mainly stocking stitch but with the occasional gathered shell/flower stitch pattern.

Finished dimensions as written and at stated gauge are 7” deep by 37” circumference. The pattern uses approximately 70g of the skein. Extra repeats – either vertically or horizontally – can be added to make a deeper or longer cowl. Eight repeats of the horizontal repeat would give you a closer-fitting, sub-50g neckgaiter.

Charted and written patterns are now available.
